Delicious food is just the tip of the iceberg at a catered event. As the manager of our back-of-house team,
Kevin is responsible for “everything sent to an event minus the food.” It’s a job that requires more than a little creativity and a lot of thinking on your feet. “My favorite video game as a kid was Tetris.” He says, “I honestly think it honed my spacial reasoning because I can really pack out a truck.” In 2016, Kevin received our company award for ‘Innovation’ for constantly streamlining our systems and inventories, then went on to win our coveted MVP award in 2019!
Before becoming B.O.H. Manager, Kevin served, bartended, and supervised as a floor manager for our concessions at Benaroya Hall. He still dabbles in mixology in his free time. That is, when he’s not spending time with his dog, Scout.
