The Hall at Fauntleroy is a timeless and elegant wedding and event space housed in the picturesque 1900s-era former Fauntleroy Schoolhouse, a venue that we have managed for over 30 years!
Last year, we were thrilled to be named Best Seattle Venue by Washington Wedding Day, and are beyond excited to be a finalist again this year in three categories: Best Historic Venue, Best Seattle Venue, and Best Venue in Washington!
For this year’s Spring Group Tasting at the Hall at Fauntleroy, we invited wedding couples, event planners, and more to experience the magic of the venue firsthand. Ashley Rose Events and BBJ La Tavola created a romantic, seasonal design with soft spring tones and stunning linens. Flora D’Amore brought the spring vibes indoors with fresh florals, and DIWAS Photography perfectly captured the night.

Our incredibly talented Executive Sous Chef, Zach Moseley, was inspired by the balance of comfort and craft when curating the spring tasting menu.
A crowd favorite was the Homemade Vegan Tamale, an exciting new addition that brings both heart and versatility to the table! Zach shares, “It’s something I’m really excited about because it's entirely plant-based, made from scratch, and adaptable enough to return in different variations throughout the season.”
Another standout was the Braised Chicken Leg with Braised Charro Beans & Grilled Chayote Squash. Zach describes this dish as an “elevated comfort food.” While the flavors feel familiar and soul-warming, the composed presentation brings a refined elegance to the dish–perfect for a spring or summer celebration!
Spring and summer events at the Hall at Fauntleroy are some of the most enchanting, thanks to the venue’s lush outdoor spaces! The Garden Courtyard features a beautifully landscaped setting with a manicured lawn, mature plantings, a built in arbor, and a winding path, creating an enticing oasis for an outdoor ceremony or reception. The bubbling fountain is the cherry on top of this gorgeous setting.
Meanwhile, the natural light that filters through the grand windows of the Emerald Room look out over a green space and enhances the warmth and intimacy of indoor gatherings.
Our auxiliary space called the Studio acts as the perfect getting ready room, fit with soft seating, a pool table, additional bathrooms and even a bar.

Join our team for a tour this May and explore our unique spaces, from the soaring ceilings of the Emerald Room, sunlit elegance of the Vashon Room, to the private Studio, where guests can take a break from the main event to chat, play billiards, and sip a cocktail.
