2025 asked a lot of us, and we loved every bite of it. From elegant galas and corporate holiday celebrations to intimate gatherings and large-scale public moments, no two events looked the same. What united them all was our commitment to being guest-first, always. Exceptional food, gracious service, and teams who show up with care and intention every single time. Our clients trusted us to nourish their guests and create moments that felt seamless, welcoming, and memorable. That trust is everything to us. Below is a look at some of the Seattle events we were proud to serve this year. Each one a reminder that great hospitality is felt long after the last plate is cleared.

We were honored to be part of the Seattle Symphony’s inaugural Lunar New Year Gala, a meaningful evening that celebrated culture, artistry, and community. Held at Benaroya Hall, the event brought together 175guests for a thoughtfully curated experience that blended performance and hospitality.
The evening’s menu was designed by Annie Elmore, Director of the Tom Douglas Hot Stove Society, with inspiration drawn from her Cambodian and Vietnamese heritage. Guests began with a warming course of Dungeness Egg Drop Soup, followed by a family-style dinner that encouraged sharing and connection. The meal concluded with a dessert and tea service featuring mango and coconut pudding with tapioca pearls.
The menu was paired with powerful performances throughout the night, including the Seattle Symphony, internationally acclaimed violinist Midori, and traditional lion dancers. Together, the food, music, and movement created an atmosphere that felt celebratory, respectful, and deeply intentional. Being part of the Symphony’s first Lunar New Year Gala was a true highlight of our year and a moment we were proud to help bring to life.
