This past May, BBJ La Tavola’s showroom transformed into a vibrant, sun-soaked celebration for their latest linen collection launch! Casa Alegre features saturated colors, rich textures, and festive patterns to make summer events in the PNW shine. Drawing inspiration from Spanish and Mexican culture, the linens are perfectly designed to turn every table into a joyful gathering place. 

We’re so grateful that their team reached out to us to match the energy of Casa Alegre with the culinary experience!

Here’s how we crafted a custom menu to bring the fiesta to life:

🍽 A Menu to Match the Launch

Case Alegre is more than just a collection of linens, it’s a feeling. We knew that we had to curate a menu to evoke the same bold spirit that the collection emits for their appetizer reception! 

On the menu: 

• Agua de Jamaica Signature Cocktail with Dehydrated Pineapple Ring garnish
• Cuban Pork Spring Rolls with Sweet Mustard Sauce
• Quinoa Tostadas with Roasted Corn and Avocado Salsa
• Leche De Tigre with Pickled Grape, Pear, Coconut Milk, and Cilantro
• Mini Corn, Cheese and Green Chile Tamales
• Ancho Chile Chicken Flautas with Cotija and Avocado Crema
• Choco Taco Chef Station with Vanilla Ice Cream, Chocolate Dip, and Crushed Peanuts

This celebration was about more than just serving food, it was about extending the brand’s creative vision to reach every sense, starting with taste.
