We were proud to support Expedia’s EXPLORE Party, a large-scale experiential event welcoming 700 guests as part of their annual conference. Inspired by the Fremont Solstice Fair, the event featured immersive décor, live entertainment, and a vibrant street-fair style food and beverage experience. Our team executed multi-station service across eight themed food tents, each staffed with dedicated chefs, servers, and on-site management to ensure smooth flow and consistent guest experience.
