We’re proud to partner with Obliteride, a signature Seattle event benefiting Fred Hutch Cancer Center and bringing together thousands of riders, supporters, and families each year at Gas Works Park. Last year, our 60+ person culinary and service team served over 4,000 guests, delivering a seamless food and beverage experience in a fast-paced, large-scale event environment. From thoughtful pre-event planning to precise execution on site, our team is committed to efficiency, hospitality, and minimizing food waste. We were proud to support Expedia’s EXPLORE Party, a large-scale experiential event welcoming 700 guests as part of their annual conference. Inspired by the Fremont Solstice Fair, the event featured immersive décor, live entertainment, and a vibrant street-fair style food and beverage experience. Our team executed multi-station service across eight themed food tents, each staffed with dedicated chefs, servers, and on-site management to ensure smooth flow and consistent guest experience. From detailed advance planning to precise on-site coordination, this event showcased our ability to deliver high-volume, multi-concept catering in dynamic, nontraditional environments.
