Straight spines, smiles and a graceful floor presence makes for a spectacular Guest Experience! Learn how to improve your posture here.

PRACTICING YOUR POSTURE

Your body posture matters, in a multitude of ways. We already know a bit about how TNT's most deeply valued company philosophy, Guest First, guides every part of our individual "floor presence". While smiling, making eye contact and using open handed gestures are important "actions" that we take while interacting with guests, have you ever thought of how your general posture affects the guest experience?

In the presence of guests at TNT catered events, it is imperative that we try our best to demonstrate a relaxed, upright and confident posture. When our staff members communicates confidence and a friendly disposition, our guests also feel confident in the hospitality services we are providing for them. Plus, you can literally improve your mood with great posture (google it).

So what does good posture look like?
