Washington State Food Handlers Card

ALWAYS HAVE YOUR FOOD HANDLERS CARD WITH YOU WHILE WORKING TNT EVENTS, NO EXCEPTIONS

Why we need to carry our Food Handlers Cards

As we approach the busy season for auctions, galas and other fundraising events, it’s important that our entire event staff comply with food safety regulations and use best practices for safe handling of food.

We anticipate that inspectors from local health departments will be performing an inspection on us at some of our upcoming events, starting in March

An Active Food Handlers Card is Part of the Standard TNT Server Uniform

You must have your Food Handlers card with you at all times!! If not you will have to be sent home :(

Your Food Handlers card is part of your standard Server Uniform, as is the Service Guide and your MAST class 12 or 13 permit (if you are handling any alcohol).

Replace or Renew your Food Handlers Card

If you need a replacement or renewed Food Handlers card, please do so ASAP so that you are equipped to handle food in time for your next TNT event!

TNT DECOR COMMITTEE IS CURRENTLY BEING FORMED

Do you have a green thumb for floral displays? Are you buffet scapes the bomb sauce? Do you take table setting uniformity as seriously as Gordon Ramsay takes his mentorship of Iron Chef Jr.s? (he has a soft spot for the culinary munchkins, not so much for grown ups).

Help us brainstorm and implement stylish new presentations and arrangements for our food displays! YOU could be a part of the next TNT culinary masterpiece!

Interested? Kevin Ledbetter, our House Manager, will be heading the committee. Please reach out to him by email at kevinl@dsquaredcompany.com if you think you’ve got what it takes to elevate TNT’s food presentation and #GuestFirst mantra.
