It’s Mo’s capable hand that’s on the rudder of the good ship DSquared day-to-day, mapping our course and ensuring that our many moving parts are running smoothly. Before joining DSquared, Mo was the General Manager of Ray’s Boathouse, Café and Catering in Seattle for 16 years; prior to that, she spent 15 years as General Manager of West Coast restaurant company, Restaurants Unlimited.
She has received the Washington Restaurant Association’s Full Service Operator of the Year Award as well as the Washington Wine Commission’s Walter Clore Honorarium for her work advancing the Evergreen State’s wine industry. In light of that award, it’s perhaps not surprising to learn that, in her down time, Mo enjoys making wine with her husband and friends.
She’s also an avid walker, and grows her own organic vegetables.
