If you’re grabbing a quick lunch downtown at Davids & Co, or sitting down to a three-course, pre-symphony dinner at Muse, you are experiencing the culinary creations of our Executive Sous Chef Ethan, who joined us with over 20 years of industry experience. He credits his greatest growth to the Mayflower Park Hotel where he “learned from an excellent chef,and where my knowledge of food really expanded”. West Seattleites might recognize Ethan’s friendly face from Jak’s Grill. Ethan prides himself on always having a “ready smile and almost limitless patience” and a sense of humor that is “a must in any kitchen environment”.
In his off-time, Ethan enjoys playing guitar or soaking up our PNW scenery on hikes with his partner and their dog, Miles Davis.
