Turning the wants, needs, and must-haves of our clients into numbers and menu items on event proposals can be a complicated dance. That’s where Cassie steps in. As one of our Event Producers, Cassie helps our Event Managers keep all the details in formation – from proposals and pack lists, to timelines and invoices. Cassie first got a taste of the events world in the spring of 2021 as an Assistant Wedding Coordinator, learning everything from client consultations to day-of coordinating. “I love the ever-changing aspect of this industry,” says Cassie, “my day is never exactly the same and there is always something to be learning or progressing toward.”
Outside of event work, Cassie also teaches ballet, jazz, modern, and hip hop dance at a school in her hometown of Edmonds, WA.
