Our Sous Chef, Angel, divides his time between scheduling and supervising our culinary team, manning chef stations at our events, and overseeing our urban garden at our SODO headquarters, where we grow edible flowers to garnish our dishes year-round! Angel also instructs his team on proper butchery techniques, which he learned working at world-renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s sushi restaurant in Denver. Angel speaks of the expensive single-source ingredients explaining that “with meat of that grade, you have to be precise. And we used every part.”
A self-described anime nerd, Angel claims he has probably beaten every computer or console game you can name.
