Create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests at The Hall at Fauntleroy, an elegant events space housed in a picturesque 1900s-era former schoolhouse. Close to downtown Seattle, yet nestled a world away in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, The Hall at Fauntleroy offers two large and unique indoor spaces, lovely outdoor space, an on-site catering kitchen, and more.


Soaring ceilings. The warmth and texture of exposed brick. And the beauty of soft light from large windows that look onto a wooded ravine. The Emerald Room has all of this, plus a large raised dance floor, an anteroom for the bride or other special guests, and more. It’s a space for up to 250 guests that feels intimate and expansive all at once.


The Vashon Room is one of Seattle’s few indoor/outdoor event spaces. With its high ceilings, simple, contemporary details and abundant natural light, the Vashon Room is the perfect canvas for your creative vision. Just outside is the Garden Courtyard, a lush, landscaped setting with a manicured lawn, mature plantings and a winding path—an enticing oasis for an outdoor ceremony or reception. Vashon Room eventholders also enjoy access to The Studio, a cool, inviting hideaway where your guests can take a break from the main event  to chat, play billiards, and sip a cocktail. The Vashon Room accommodates parties of 80 to 170.

Melrose Market Studios is a creative and flexible event venue on the west edge of Capitol Hill. The space reflects the history of the Northwest with exposed red brick walls, huge Douglas fir beams, high ceilings and polished concrete floor. With great lighting, plenty of power, a central sound system and forced-air heating and air conditioning, Melrose Market Studios is the perfect space for weddings, corporate functions, fundraiser, parties… Designed by event planners and caterers to create the ideal space, the hall can accommodate around 250 people. The four bays can be used together or split-up to allow for pre-functions or break-out groups. Other amenities include multiple restrooms, wireless internet, plug and go sound and video system and dimmable lighting.




Seattle’s premier contemporary theatre is also home to the city’s most unique event spaces. Located downtown in a gloriously restored historic building, ACT Theatre offers two auditoriums that seat up to 400 guests each, as well as  a number of smaller spaces— like the stylish Bullitt Cabaret, which holds up to 220, and Buster’s Space, a classically appointed room, awash in natural light and overlooking 7th Avenue, that accommodates 120. When WithinSodo was conceived, the Sodo building had existed as a metal shop, an industrial equipment sales location, and a warehouse for furniture storage. Its bones were strong, the space open, and the character authentic. The Great Hall at Green Lake is tucked in amongst the small businesses, cafes and restaurants in this charming neighborhood on the lake, housed in a renovated 1921 building.  With 2000 square feet of unobstructed floor space, the Ballroom is filled with natural light from sunrise to sunset over Green Lake. Seattle Glassblowing Studio was founded in 1991 by Cliff Goodman in the tradition of the studio glass movement. 415 Westlake is a unique and distinctive Northwest venue located in South Lake Union.  Featuring vaulted ceilings and an urban feel, 415 Westlake has endless possibilities for weddings, corporate functions, fundraisers, etc.  This hip venue located in the heart of Seattle has over 5,000 square feet of space that can accommodate a sit-down capacity of 200 guests or 350 cocktail style.  415 offers projection, sound equipment, wireless internet, tables and chairs, an excellent kitchen and is surrounded by easily accessible parking for your evening event.



The Center for Urban Horticulture, located on the northeastern edge of the University of Washington campus across from the University Village is the perfect place for your wedding, social or corporate event.  Surrounded by 16 acres of gardens, the Center offers an unparalleled setting in the heart of Seattle.  Featuring comfortable rooms, plenty of off-street parking, free Wi-Fi and beautiful park-like surroundings, the Center is a great place to get away from urban stresses without leaving the city.  With indoor and outdoor spaces, the Center for Urban Horticulture can accommodate your smaller event and up to around 250 guests.



Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish Life Center is a beautiful new multi-purpose building. Built for athletic as well as community events, the Parish Life Center is open to parish families for private parties and to non-profit groups.  The Parish Life Center is made up of two separate areas: the New Hall Reception can hold up to 89 guests and the larger gym can accommodate 370 guests.
